It's actually WORSE than you think. My Buddy the Surplus Dealer (you Imbibed with him at NorthCoast a few years ago) also works as a Private Security Guard. He got to work up the coast from you for Hurricane Sandy. FEMA brought in Private Cops for Security at their Camps. When he got there, they had him sign a Paper giving him FULL FEDERAL LEO AUTHORITY! Just like a U.S. Marshall, DEA Agent, FBI, Secret Service, et.al. AND it was in effect for the length of the Contract! AND he's now part of the DHS System, so that, in case of "An Emergency to Be Named Later," if they want to hire him, he's "Covered".
Just think. Pall Blart, Mall Cop now has the same Authority as John Doe, FBI. God Help Us.
I've read somewhere that the run on guns has nothing to do with worry that they'll be banned, rather people are gearing up, preparing for war if you will....NAH! Ain't nuttin' in here but us chickenz.....
